We believe that providing quality Christian education requires teachers to:

Values

  • Value their profession as an opportunity to minister to students and view each child as an image bearer of Christ

  • Understand the Biblical worldview/and develop and implement a personal Christian Philosophy

  • Integrate Biblical truth into all aspects of the curriculum and school life using the current syllabus

  • Take a holistic approach to instructional and discipline practices

· GOAL #1-Developing Community Together- living and learning from one another. We appreciate and see the value of each other’s opinions, ideas, suggestions, and challenges. It encourages us to keep moving ahead into what Christ has for us as a community of believers. (Proverbs 27:17, Mathew 18:12, John 15:2-13, Hebrews 10:24-25)

·  GOAL #2-Consistent Practice throughout ALL three Modules- knowing the BIG PICTURE of the TTT program and modules is crucial because we are literally unveiling some very basic and yet profound truths throughout our content.

Ø  Child as Image Bearer

Ø  Acceptance of each and every student

Ø  Positive discipline strategies

·  GOAL #3-All Truth is God’s Truth (and exists to make God known, loved and shown)- we want to be constantly revealing God’s truth and replacing it with cultural lies and stories that do not line up with a Biblical Worldview. Personal mindsets are not changed overnight, this is the steady work of the Holy Spirit in each one of us. Our desire is to break off those lies and replace the lie with TRUTH. (Proverbs 9:9-10, Jeremiah 29:13, John 16:13, Psalm 25:5, John 8:32)

·  TRANSFORMATIONAL FRUITS- this course is fully dependent on Christ and Him leading ALL of us through transformation. We are all on a journey, learning first from Christ, from one another then from the community of believers. As we teach others transformation is happening through the Holy Spirit in and through each one of us. Our reliance is constantly on the Lord.
