Each Module needs at least 4 trainers to execute the module well. In Uganda this requires paying for everything for each trainer - transportation , meals, housing and a small gratuity.

To develop sustainability and longevity for the TTT Program we know that nationals need to be deeply involved. Rosebella has just recently been hired as a TTT Mobilizer.

The most effective way to impact a school is to have the entire staff be trained together in all three Modules over a year. (Some schools have great difficulty raising these funds)
